Winmate R19L100-SPM169 19″ IP69K Stainless Steel PCAP Touch Monitor with 316 Housing for Washdown

High-pressure hot washdown finds every seam in a display that was only sealed at the front. The R19L100-SPM169 is Winmate’s 19 inch IP69K stainless steel monitor, with a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing, flat PCAP touch and sealed M12 connections.

The 5:4 SXGA panel runs at 1280 x 1024 with 250 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical viewing angles, and optical bonding is an option to reduce reflections. The projected capacitive touch screen has a flat design with no raised edge for residue to build up against, and the 19 inch size leaves room for full process views. The active area measures 376.3 x 301.1 mm.

VGA, USB touch and 12 V DC power each connect through M12 connectors on the rear, with waterproof HDMI or DVI as options, and an air vent valve sits beside them. Power and status LEDs and a five-button OSD complete the rear panel. Where IP65 is enough, the R19L100-SPM1 is the IP65 twin, and the R15L100-SPC369 offers IP69K sealing on a 15 inch panel. The rear air vent valve is a feature the IP65 twin does not have.

The chassis measures 468 x 395 x 57 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, sealed cables and waterproof caps are supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% RH non-condensing, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names the food and chemical industries as the target applications.
