Winmate R12IAD3S-GCM2(HB) 12.1″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with 12th Gen Intel Core i5 and MIL-STD-810G

Kiosks, control stations and machine HMIs that are cleaned often are easier to look after when the front has no raised bezel for dirt to collect against. The R12IAD3S-GCM2(HB) is Winmate’s 12.1 inch G-WIN panel PC, with a true-flat, edge-to-edge face rated IP65 at the front, PCAP multi-touch and a 12.1″ 1024 x 768 display at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast, or a 1000 nit panel as an option. Winmate aims the range at industrial automation, kiosks and control systems.

A 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U at up to 4.4 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics gives headroom for heavier HMI software and multi-window dashboards. Memory starts at 8 GB on a DDR5 SO-DIMM, with 16 GB or 32 GB as options, and storage runs from a 128 GB SSD to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive of up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

I/O covers two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 port on DB9, with a second RS-232 port and an HDMI 2.0 output as options, plus two speakers. The R12IAN3S-GCM2(HB) is the same G-WIN design with a quad-core Intel N150 for lighter workloads, and the R12IAD3S-IPM2 is a 12.1 inch front IP65 panel PC with resistive touch and the same Core i5-1235U.

Winmate lists shock to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 Procedure I and vibration to Method 514.6 Procedure I, which is useful near vibrating machinery. Power is 12 V DC as standard, with 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and an AC adapter is supplied. The fanless metal housing panel mounts or fits a VESA mount, and runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R12IAD3S-GCM2(HB) configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
