Winmate R12IE3S-PCM2-POE 12.1″ PCAP Touch Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and PoE Power

Room booking screens, access points and information panels sit on walls and beside doors where running a separate power supply is awkward. The R12IE3S-PCM2-POE is Winmate’s 12.1″ S series HMI for those positions: a fanless 12.1 inch panel PC in a metal housing, wall mounted as standard, with a front sealed to IP65 and power available over the network cable.

Inside is an Intel Celeron N6211, a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP, which suits booking, visitor and status software. Memory is 4 GB of DDR4 as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, storage is a 128 GB SSD in an M.2 2242 B-key SATA slot with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed.

The 12.1 inch screen is 1024 x 768 at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast and PCAP multi-touch. I/O includes two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, one of which takes power as a PoE powered device to IEEE 802.3at at 25 W, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and two speakers. A 13.56 MHz HF RFID reader, a 2 MP front camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are options. The R12IE3S-PCM2AC-POE adds RGB LED status light bars on both sides, and the R12MG3S-PCM2-POE is the version with an Arm-based MediaTek Genio 510.

Where PoE is not available, a 12 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block is provided, and Winmate supplies an AC adapter, a power cord, a terminal block to DC jack adapter cable, an open wire cable and VESA screws. The R12IE3S-PCM2-POE operates from 0 °C to 50 °C, stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, mounts on a wall or optionally on VESA, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
