Winmate R12IT3S-PMM2 12.1″ Panel Mount PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 500 Nit Display

A 12.1 inch screen is a common size for machine HMIs: large enough for a clear process overview, small enough to fit a standard cabinet door. The R12IT3S-PMM2 is Winmate’s panel mount PC at that size, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a 500 nit 1024 x 768 display with 1000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles, in a fanless metal housing for dry indoor cabinets.

The Intel Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket, 4 GB as standard and options of 8, 16 or 32 GB. Storage is a 128 GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD with options up to 2 TB, and an optional 2.5 inch SATA drive can be added for logs and recipes. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise or Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 available. Resistive touch or protection glass without touch are both options.

I/O includes two RJ45 LAN ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port, an optional HDMI 2.0 output and two speakers, with an M.2 2230 E-key slot for an optional Wi-Fi module. The R12IT3S-IPM2 is the same size with a front IP65 rating, and the R10IT3S-PMT2 is the 10.4 inch panel mount model.

Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm jack with a 120 W adapter. The fanless housing runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and no IP rating is stated for this model. It measures 324 x 274 x 67 mm, needs a 302 x 234.3 mm cut-out, weighs 2.6 kg and panel mounts by default, with VESA mounting as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks.
