FCCR12L600-OFM2HB Overview
Kiosks near entrances and machines under strong lighting need more than a standard backlight to stay legible. The R12L600-OFM2HB is Winmate’s 12.1 inch open frame monitor for those installs: a 1024 x 768 XGA display at 1000 nits in a metal enclosure, fitted from behind on panel or VESA mounting.
Winmate describes it as a high brightness display. The panel pairs its 1000 nit backlight with a 700:1 contrast ratio, 16.2 million colors and viewing angles of 160° horizontally and 140° vertically. Touch is chosen at order: resistive touch for gloved or stylus input, SAW touch for a clear glass surface, or protection glass alone for a display-only screen such as electronic signage.
Video comes in over one VGA input, with HDMI and DVI inputs as options, so the monitor pairs with kiosk PCs, PLCs and controllers. One USB port serves the touch screen, a five-key OSD panel handles settings, and an optional 3.5 mm audio line-in with two speakers is available. For indoor lighting the R12L600-OFM2 is the 500 nit model with 178° viewing, and the R12L600-OFM2TR uses a transflective panel.
Power is 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The R12L600-OFM2HB is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity and stores from -10 to 60 °C. It measures 300 x 250 x 40 mm and takes panel mounting or 75 x 75 mm VESA mounting. Winmate names industrial visualization, control rooms, equipment monitoring, ATMs, vending machines, casino monitors, airport information displays, mall kiosks and electronic signage.
