Winmate R12MG3S-GCM2 12.1″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with 6-Core MediaTek Genio 510 and MIL-STD-810H

Where an HMI or kiosk runs one dedicated app, an Arm processor with Android or Linux can do the job with less power and heat than an x86 board. The R12MG3S-GCM2 is Winmate’s 12.1″ G-WIN GC panel PC for industrial automation, kiosks and control systems, with a MediaTek Genio 510 with two Arm Cortex-A78 and four Arm Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz behind an edge-to-edge PCAP display with a front IP65 rating, in a fanless aluminum housing.

The Genio 510 suits Android HMI apps, kiosk interfaces and Qt applications on Yocto Linux. Memory is 4 GB of LPDDR4 and storage is 32 GB onboard, with a micro SD slot for logs or media. Android 13 is the default operating system, with Yocto Linux with Qt 5.15 or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 as options. The 12.1 inch panel shows 1024 x 768 at 500 nits as standard, with a 1,000 nit panel as an option, at 1000:1 contrast and 178 degree viewing angles.

Connections are one Gigabit LAN port, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one USB 2.0 Type-C port with OTG, one RS-232/422/485 port and an optional Micro HDMI output, with optional speakers and optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The R12MG3S-GSM2(HB) is the 12.1 inch fully sealed IP65 GS model with M12 connectors and the same processor, and the R12IAN3S-GCM2(HB) is the 12.1 inch GC model with an Intel Processor N150 and two 2.5GbE ports.

Power is 12 V DC on a terminal block, with a 9 to 36 V input as an option, and a 12 V 50 W AC adapter with a terminal block to DC jack adapter is supplied. The R12MG3S-GCM2 runs from 0 °C to 50 °C, is tested to MIL-STD-810H Method 516.8 for shock and Method 514.8 for vibration, and mounts in a panel or on VESA. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
