Winmate R15IAD3S-SPC369 15″ Stainless Steel IP69K Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1235U and M12 Connectors

Hygiene rules on food and chemical lines often mean high-pressure, high-temperature washdown, so a front seal alone is not enough. The R15IAD3S-SPC369 is Winmate’s 15 inch stainless steel panel PC for that duty: a fanless SUS 316 / AISI 316 enclosure sealed to full IP69K, with a true flat, edge-to-edge front, around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

The Core i5-1235U is a 10-core, 12-thread Alder Lake processor at up to 4.4 GHz with a 15 W TDP and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI and SCADA clients alongside line data software. One DDR5 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard with options to 32 GB, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options to 4 TB, plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5″ drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. A 15 inch 4:3 screen suits a single machine-side station: the 15″ 1024 x 768 panel gives 300 nits and 2000:1 contrast under projected capacitive multi-touch with glove and rain modes, and optical bonding is an option.

Every connection is sealed: 12 V DC power, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, plus a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector. An AC adapter with a waterproof connector, external USB, COM and LAN cables and waterproof caps are supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The R15IAD3S-SPC369-P1 is the same 15 inch IP69K stainless PC with standard ports inside a sealed conduit pipe, and the R15IT3S-SPC369 is the earlier build of this full IP69K design with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7.

The R15IAD3S-SPC369 runs fanless from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA as standard, with a yoke mount as an option, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
