Winmate R15IAN3S-GSC3(HB) 15″ Full IP65 Rugged Panel PC with Intel Twin Lake N150 and MIL-STD-810G

On a wet or dusty line, a 15 inch HMI with open connectors at the back often needs its own enclosure. The R15IAN3S-GSC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ G-WIN GS panel PC for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI, sealed to IP65 on every face with M12 waterproof connectors and an edge-to-edge PCAP front, in a fanless aluminum housing.

The N150 is a low-power quad-core processor running at up to 3.6 GHz, which suits HMI runtimes and web-based dashboards without a fan. Memory is 8 GB as standard with a 16 GB option, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The 15 inch panel shows 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast under projected capacitive multi-touch, with a 1,000 nit panel, protection glass and an anti-glare coating as options.

The I/O is deliberately lean and sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on an Intel controller, one USB 2.0 port and one RS-232/422/485 port, each on an M12 connector, with M12 power, serial and USB/LAN cables supplied. The R15MG3S-GSC3(HB) is the same 15 inch GS design with a MediaTek Genio 510 Arm processor, and the R15IAN3S-GCC3(HB) is the front IP65 GC model with two 2.5GbE ports and USB-C for sites that only need the front sealed.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector. The R15IAN3S-GSC3(HB) operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at 10% to 95% humidity, is compliant with MIL-STD-810F/G for shock and vibration, and mounts on VESA as standard or in a panel with the optional front IP65 panel mount. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
