Winmate R15IP7T-PMC3 15″ Panel Mount PC with Intel Apollo Lake Pentium N4200 and Resistive Touch

In a control cabinet door or an operator console, a panel mount PC keeps the screen flush with the panel and the computer out of the way. The R15IP7T-PMC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch panel mount PC: a 15″ XGA display and an Intel Pentium N4200 computer in a metal housing suited to clean, dry indoor panels and consoles.

The Intel Pentium N4200 (Apollo Lake) runs at 1.1 GHz with bursts to 2.5 GHz, a good fit for HMI software, line status displays and data entry. Two DDR3L SO-DIMM sockets run dual-channel up to 16 GB, and a 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, with two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays that support RAID. The 15″ panel is 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, with resistive touch or protection glass as options. Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 plus one RS-232 port cover PLCs, scanners and serial instruments. DisplayPort 1.2 is standard for a second screen, with HDMI 1.4 or VGA as options, alongside mic-in, line-out and two speakers. A PCIe 2.0 x1 slot takes a fieldbus or I/O card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R15IF7T-PMC3 is the same panel mount design with 9th Gen Intel Core i3 to i7 processors, and the R15IT3S-PMC3 is the panel mount build with an Intel Core i5-1135G7.

Power is 12 V DC on a four-pin DIN connector, and it comes with a 50 W AC adapter and power cord. The fanless metal housing operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, which suits indoor cabinets and consoles. The R15IP7T-PMC3 panel mounts with the supplied clips, with VESA mounting as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
