Winmate R15IT3S-PPC3 15″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and PCAP Touch

Plenty of 15 inch HMIs sit on machine doors that get wiped down at the end of every shift, so a flat, sealed front matters as much as the processor. The R15IT3S-PPC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch PP series panel mount HMI, with a 15″ 1024 x 768 PCAP multi-touch display at 300 nits and 2000:1 contrast, run by an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics, with 4 GB of DDR4 as standard and 8, 16 or 32 GB as options, which typically gives the R15IT3S-PPC3 headroom for HMI software, a SCADA client or a browser-based dashboard. A 128 GB NVMe SSD sits in an M.2 2280 M-key slot, with options up to 4 TB, and an optional SATA III bay takes a 2.5″ drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments, and two speakers. HDMI 2.0 is optional for a second screen, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R15IAD3S-PPC3 uses this PP housing with a 12th Gen Core i5-1235U, and the R15IT7T-PPC3 is an earlier 15 inch PP model with the same Core i5-1135G7.

Power is 12 V DC on a barrel jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W and a power cord supplied. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and it is rated IP65 at the front, so the rear belongs inside a cabinet or enclosure. Panel mounting with clips is standard and VESA mounting is optional, with screws for both in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IT3S-PPC3 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
