FCCR15L600-MRM2 Overview
Many ships still run cameras and navigation equipment with composite or S-Video outputs alongside newer PCs, and a bridge screen has to take both. The R15L600-MRM2 is Winmate’s 15 inch marine panel mount monitor for those consoles: a 1024 x 768 XGA display with resistive touch, an IP66 front and inputs for VGA, DVI-D, composite and S-Video with picture-in-picture.
The panel delivers 500 nits with a 2500:1 contrast ratio and 176° viewing angles, and a dimming knob takes the backlight from nearly 0% to 100%, so the screen suits night watches. The resistive touch screen works with gloves and connects over RS-232 or USB, and AR glass is available as an option. Winmate lists DNVGL-CG-0339, IEC 60945 4th edition and IACS E10 against this model.
Picture-in-picture lets a camera feed sit over a chart or an automation page. A separate RS-232 port allows remote control, and a front OSD panel handles settings. The R15L600-MRA3FP is the PCAP touch ECDIS display at the same size, and the R12L600-MRM2 offers this resistive marine design at 12.1 inches.
Power is isolated 24 V DC, with 9 to 36 V DC acceptable, drawing 35 W typical. The R15L600-MRM2 is fanless, operates from -15 to 55 °C at 5 to 95% humidity, withstands 15 g shock and is vibration-rated at 0.7 g to DNVGL-CG-0339 Class A. Its powder-coated metal housing has an IP66 front and IP54 rear, measures 412 x 345 x 79.7 mm and fits a 338 x 288 mm cut-out or 75 x 75 mm VESA. Winmate names marine bridge systems, shipboard automation and offshore operations.
