FCCR17IAD7T-IPM1 Overview
On a production line the operator face of an HMI gets splashed, dusted and wiped down, even when the electronics sit in a dry cabinet. The R17IAD7T-IPM1 is Winmate’s 17 inch front IP65 panel PC for those stations, with a choice of 12th Gen Core TE and 14th Gen Core T processors and a 350 nit 1280 x 1024 display with 1000:1 contrast.
Processor options run from the Core i3-12100TE as standard to the i9-12900TE, or 14th Gen Core T parts up to the i9-14900T at up to 5.5 GHz, on an Intel R680E chipset, so the R17IAD7T-IPM1 can be sized from a single HMI to heavier SCADA work. Two DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB. Storage is a 128 GB NVMe SSD as standard on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, with options to 4 TB and two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays with RAID. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04. Resistive touch is optional, as is protection glass without touch.
Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, four 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port for PLCs, and mic-in and line-out audio. A DisplayPort 1.4a output runs a second screen at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, with HDMI 2.0b optional, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R17IT3S-IPM1 is the earlier fanless front IP65 model with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R17IAD7T-PMM1 is the panel mount version for dry cabinets.
Power is 12 V DC on a 4-pin DIN connector, with a 220 W AC adapter supplied. The fan-cooled metal housing runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity, which suits indoor cabinets and control rooms. The front is rated IP65, with mounting clips supplied for panel mounting and VESA as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R17IAD7T-IPM1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
