Winmate R17IE3S-65M1 17″ IP65 316 Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and SXGA Screen

A larger screen helps where operators follow recipes, batch records or several machine views at once, but on a washdown line the whole unit still has to be sealed. The R17IE3S-65M1 is Winmate’s 17 inch IP65 stainless steel panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 computer and a 1280 x 1024 screen in an SUS 316 housing sealed to IP65 as a whole unit.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is an Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, with the Celeron N6210 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket takes 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD (up to 512 GB) with a 2.5 inch SATA bay available. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 17 inch panel runs at 350 nits with 1000:1 contrast. Resistive touch and optical bonding with anti-moisture treatment are both options.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit Ethernet port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and an RS-232 port on M12, with matching waterproof cables and caps supplied. Optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth use antennas under sealed covers on the top edge. The R17IE3S-SPM1 is the flat-front PCAP version in the same steel, and the R17IE3S-67M1ST is the IP67 model with bonded resistive touch.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with waterproof connector supplied. The R17IE3S-65M1 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 412 x 344 x 63.3 mm, weighs 8.5 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
