Winmate R19IAD3S-SPM169-P1 19″ Stainless Steel IP69K Panel PC with Intel Alder Lake Core i5-1235U and PCAP Touch

On a washdown HMI the cable entry can matter as much as the screen, and many plants want every cable to leave through one sealed pipe to a dry cabinet. The R19IAD3S-SPM169-P1 is Winmate’s 19 inch P series stainless steel panel PC: a fanless SUS 316 / AISI 316 enclosure sealed to full IP69K, with a waterproof sealed conduit for cable protection, around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

The Core i5-1235U is a 10-core, 12-thread Alder Lake processor at up to 4.4 GHz with a 15 W TDP and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI and SCADA clients alongside line data software. One DDR5 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard with options to 32 GB, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options to 4 TB, plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5″ drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 19″ 1280 x 1024 screen gives 250 nits and 1000:1 contrast under projected capacitive multi-touch with glove and rain modes, and optical bonding is an option.

The I/O is two Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and an HDMI 1.4 output. A 1.5 m and a 0.3 m waterproof conduit, two elbows, D-sub9 to RJ45 adapters, an external RJ45 cable and an AC to DC adapter with power cord are supplied. The R19IAD3S-SPM169 uses individual M12 connectors instead of a conduit, and the R19IT3S-SPM169-P1 is the earlier build with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7.

Power is 12 V DC, with an open-wire cable for a Phoenix connector as an option. The R19IAD3S-SPM169-P1 runs fanless from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA, with a yoke mount stand kit as an option, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
