Winmate R19IT3S-SPM169-P1 19″ Stainless Steel IP69K Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and Sealed Conduit

Individual M12 connectors keep water out, but on some washdown lines the preferred approach is to run every cable through one sealed pipe back to a dry cabinet. The R19IT3S-SPM169-P1 is Winmate’s 19 inch P series stainless steel panel PC: a fanless SUS 316 / AISI 316 enclosure sealed to IP69K, with a true flat front and a waterproof sealed conduit for cable protection.

It runs an Intel Core i5-1135G7 at 2.4 GHz up to 4.2 GHz, with the Intel Core i5-1145G7 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard with 8, 16 or 32 GB options, and storage is one M.2 slot for a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB, with NVMe options to 4 TB and an optional SATA III drive up to 2 TB. The 1280 x 1024 screen is rated at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch has glove and rain modes, and optical bonding is an option. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise SAC, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

Inside the conduit gland are two Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and an HDMI 1.4 output. A 1.5 m and a 0.3 m waterproof conduit, two elbows, D-sub9 to RJ45 adapters and an external RJ45 cable are supplied, so the cables run to a dry cabinet inside a sealed pipe. The R19IT3S-SPM169 is the M12 connector version of this 19 inch stainless PC, and the W22IT3S-SPA369-P1 is the 21.5 inch P series model.

Power is 12 V DC, with an AC to DC adapter supplied and an open-wire cable for a Phoenix connector as an option. The R19IT3S-SPM169-P1 operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity non-condensing, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 468 x 395 x 57 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA, with a yoke mount stand kit available as an option.
