Winmate R19IP7T-IPA2WT 19″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Pentium N4200 and Wide Temperature

Operator panels in unheated buildings, loading areas and warm plant rooms see a wider temperature swing than a standard panel PC is rated for. The R19IP7T-IPA2WT is Winmate’s 19 inch wide-temperature front IP65 panel PC for machine fronts that are cleaned or splashed, with an Intel Pentium N4200 and a 19″ 1280 x 1024 display at 350 nits with 1000:1 contrast, in a fanless metal housing rated from -20 °C to 60 °C. Resistive touch or plain protection glass are options.

The quad-core Intel Pentium N4200 runs at 1.1 GHz with burst to 2.5 GHz and Intel HD Graphics, typically enough for HMI runtimes and SCADA clients without a fan. Two DDR3L-1866 SO-DIMM sockets hold 4 GB as standard, with 8 GB as an option. A 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, with 256 or 512 GB options, plus two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04.

Two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and two DB9 serial ports (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232) cover networks, peripherals and PLCs. DisplayPort 1.2 drives a second screen at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, with HDMI 1.4 or VGA optional, plus mic-in, line-out and two speakers. Optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth fit an M.2 E-key slot, and a PCIe 2.0 x1 slot takes a card. Within the Winmate range the R19IT7T-IPA2WT is the wide-temperature front IP65 model with an Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R19IP7T-IPA1 is the standard-temperature front IP65 version with a 400 nit screen.

The front is rated IP65 against dust and low-pressure water jets. Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with an 84 W AC adapter supplied. It runs from -20 °C to 60 °C and stores from -30 °C to 70 °C at 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing. It panel mounts with the supplied clips, or fits on VESA. It carries CE and FCC marks.
