Winmate R19IT3S-PMA1 19″ SXGA Panel Mount PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 400 Nit Screen

A 19 inch 5:4 screen gives control desks and machine consoles room for full mimic diagrams and alarm lists, and a flush panel mount keeps it neat on a cabinet door. The R19IT3S-PMA1 is Winmate’s 19 inch panel mount panel PC: a fanless metal-housed computer that fits a 431 x 341 mm cut-out, with open frame and VESA mounting also supported.

It runs an Intel Core i5-1135G7 at 2.4 GHz up to 4.2 GHz, with the Intel Core i5-1145G7 at up to 4.4 GHz as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard with 8, 16 or 32 GB options, and storage is one M.2 slot for a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB, with NVMe options to 4 TB and an optional SATA III drive up to 2 TB. The 1280 x 1024 display is rated at 400 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. Resistive touch or plain protection glass can be specified. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise SAC, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

The I/O comprises two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers and an optional HDMI 2.0 output, with two speakers built in. An M.2 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module, and TPM 2.0 is on board. The R19IT7T-CHA1 is the 19 inch VESA chassis model with four USB ports and a PCIe slot, and the R19IT3S-SPM169 is the 19 inch stainless steel IP69K version.

Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm DC jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W supplied. The R19IT3S-PMA1 operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity non-condensing, stores from -10 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 474 x 384 x 77 mm, weighs 6.9 kg and ships with mounting clips and VESA screws.
