Winmate R19IT3S-RKA3ML 19″ Rack Mount Defense Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7, MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461

Rack consoles in command shelters and vehicles often need a computer and screen in one unit, with glass that suits glare and EMI requirements. The R19IT3S-RKA3ML is Winmate’s 19 inch defense console panel PC for this, with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, a 1280 x 1024 SXGA screen behind AR protection glass and a fanless anti-corrosion housing for rack or VESA mounting. Winmate builds it for defense operations, field command and mission-critical mobility.

The 11th Gen Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, with an optional Core i5-1145G7 up to 4.4 GHz. One DDR4 SO-DIMM takes 4 GB to 32 GB, and storage starts at 128 GB and goes up to 2 TB across an M.2 SSD and a 2.5″ drive bay. TPM 2.0 is fitted, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 19″ panel shows 1280 x 1024 at 350 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. AR protection glass is standard, with EMI ITO glass, 5-wire resistive touch or resistive touch with an EMI mesh filter as options.

Connections are two RJ45 LAN ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.0 ports and an RS-232/422/485 port on a DB9 connector, with a second RS-232 port and an HDMI output as options. The R19IAD3S-RKA3ML is the same housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, and the R19L100-RKA3ML is the 19 inch rack mount defense monitor with AR glass and no built-in computer.

Power is 100 to 240 V AC as standard, with an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and the power cord uses a MIL-DTL-38999/1 connector. Winmate lists MIL-STD-810H testing for vibration (Method 514.8), humidity (Method 507.6) and transit drop (Method 516.8), plus MIL-STD-461G. The R19IT3S-RKA3ML operates from -20 °C to 60 °C and stores from -30 °C to 70 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested for your console.
