Winmate R19IT7T-RKM1 19″ Rack Mount Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and Resistive Touch

Control rooms and server rooms often keep the operator screen in the same rack as the rest of the equipment. The R19IT7T-RKM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch panel PC for that: a fanless metal unit with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a 19″ 1280 x 1024 SXGA display at 250 nits with 1000:1 contrast, on VESA as standard or in a rack with the optional rack mount. Winmate also names industrial control systems.

The Intel Core i5-1135G7 is a quad-core, eight-thread Tiger Lake processor at 2.4 GHz with turbo to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI runtimes and SCADA clients without a fan. Two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB. A 128 GB NVMe SSD is standard, with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III bay. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

One 2.5GbE and one Gigabit LAN port run on Intel controllers. Four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, two DB9 serial ports (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232), DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out complete the set. A PCIe x16 slot with x4 Gen4 signals takes an add-in card, and Wi-Fi with Bluetooth is optional. The R17IT7T-RKM1 is the 17 inch rack-mountable version with a 350 nit screen, and the R19IT7T-IPM1 is the 19 inch front IP65 model for panel cut-outs.

It mounts on VESA as standard, with a rack mount kit as an option, and VESA screws are supplied. Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, and a 12 V 120 W AC adapter is supplied. The fanless metal housing operates from 0 °C to 50 °C, stores from -10 °C to 60 °C and works at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R19IT7T-RKM1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
