Winmate R19L100-67FTP(HB) 19″ IP67 Waterproof PCAP Touch Monitor with 1280 x 1024 and Panel Mount

A large touch screen in a washdown area or on an outdoor enclosure has to keep water out of its connectors as well as its front, and it has to stay readable in daylight. The R19L100-67FTP(HB) is Winmate’s 19 inch G-WIN IP67 display, sealed in full with IP67 connectors and a rugged anti-impact front.

The 19 inch 5:4 panel runs at 1280 x 1024 with 1000:1 contrast and an active area of 376.3 x 301.1 mm. Brightness is 400 nits as standard, with a 1000 nit high-brightness panel for sunlight readability as an option. Projected capacitive multi-touch is bonded to the panel, giving operators responsive bare-finger control, and the front membrane keys can be locked by software to stop settings being changed.

Every connector is an IP67 male type with an external female cable: M12 for power, touch over USB and VGA video, with an optional M12 RS-232 touch connector and an optional M21 HDMI input. The R15L100-67C3(HB) is the 15 inch version with bonded resistive touch, and the R19IB3S-67FTP(HB) adds a built-in computer to the same design.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 waterproof connector. The fanless aluminum housing measures 474 x 410 x 111 mm and fits a 462 x 386 mm panel cut-out with the supplied clips, or a 100 x 100 mm VESA mount. It operates from -10 to 55 °C, or -40 to 70 °C with the optional intelligent heater, and is vibration-tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6. The monitor carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names industrial visualization, control rooms and equipment monitoring as typical uses.
