FCCR19L100-POM1 Overview
Production dashboards and kiosks need a larger screen than a typical HMI, fitted neatly into an enclosure the builder already has. The R19L100-POM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch open frame touch monitor, with projected capacitive multi-touch on a 1280 x 1024 panel in a fanless metal frame.
The 5:4 SXGA panel runs at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colors and 170 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical viewing angles. PCAP multi-touch connects over USB for light finger input, and an anti-glare coating is optional where overhead lighting reflects off the glass. The active area measures 376.3 x 301.1 mm.
VGA is the standard input, with HDMI or DVI as options, and a 3.5 mm audio line-in and two speakers can be added for kiosk prompts. A five-key OSD sits on the rear frame. For a smaller space the R17L100-POM1 is the 17 inch open frame, and the R19L100-GCM1 offers a 19 inch PCAP monitor with its own front IP65 bezel.
The metal open frame measures 456 x 382 x 53 mm, weighs about 5.6 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA or through panel mounting. It runs from 12 V DC with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, VGA cable and HDMI cable supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity, stores from -10 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names machine dashboards, production line monitoring, logistics information boards and interactive kiosks as typical uses. Winmate also lists a remote controller as an option.
