Winmate R19L300-IPM1 19″ Front IP65 Monitor with Resistive Touch and SXGA LCD

Many SCADA and HMI applications were written for a 5:4 screen, and replacing an old operator display in a cabinet door means matching that format with a sealed front. The R19L300-IPM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch industrial monitor for that job: an SXGA panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing with an aluminum bezel. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 19″ 1280 x 1024 panel runs at 250 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 170 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical viewing angles, which suits indoor control panels and machine fronts. The 5:4 format matches many existing HMI and SCADA screen layouts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The R19L300-IPM2 is the 300 nit version with a 2000:1 panel, and the R19IT7T-IPM1 is the panel PC on the same front, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 inside.

The 19 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
