Winmate S101EK 10.1″ Windows Rugged Tablet with Intel Celeron N6211, IP65 and Optional Barcode Reader

Logistics and field teams often need one device that scans, photographs and records a job, then connects to a wired network back at base. The S101EK is Winmate’s 10.1″ rugged Windows tablet for that work, with an Intel Celeron N6211, an RJ45 Gigabit LAN port and an optional 1D/2D barcode reader in an IP65 housing.

Winmate lists the Celeron N6211 and the Intel Pentium N6415, both at 1.2 GHz with turbo up to 3.0 GHz. Memory is 4 GB as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB optional, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with 256 GB and 512 GB options plus a micro SDXC slot. TPM 2.0 and a Kensington lock slot are included, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC installed. The 10.1 inch 1920 x 1200 screen gives 800 nits with optical bonding and anti-glare treatment, and its touch works with a bare hand, in rain, with a stylus or with gloves.

Connections are the Gigabit LAN port, one USB 3.0 Type-A port, one USB 3.0 Type-C port with 20 V Power Delivery input, an optional Micro HDMI output, an audio combo jack and a 19-pin docking connector. An optional expansion connector carries USB 2.0 or UART. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/GLONASS are built in, a nano SIM slot serves optional 4G LTE or 5G, and there are 2MP front and 8MP autofocus rear cameras. Within the Winmate range the S101MT is the same tablet with an Intel Core Ultra 5 125U, and the S101TG uses an Intel Core i5-1135G7.

The S101EK is tested to MIL-STD-810H methods for shock, vibration and a 4 ft drop, and operates from -20 °C to 60 °C. Winmate quotes around six hours from the standard 3500 mAh battery and 7.5 hours from the optional 4750 mAh pack, with hot-swap as an option. Power is 19 V DC and an AC adapter is supplied. Docks, a vehicle charger and straps are optional. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch, ready to deploy.
