W10IE3S-POA1 Overview

A kiosk near a window or a machine under strong factory lighting washes out an ordinary screen, and small text on a 10 inch panel needs pixels to stay sharp. The W10IE3S-POA1 answers both, as Winmate’s 10.1 inch open-frame panel PC with a 700 nit 1920 x 1200 PCAP screen and a fanless Intel Celeron N6210 in a slim metal frame, offered as a standalone model.

The panel runs at 1920 x 1200 with 700 nits, an 800:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles in both directions, and flat multi-touch PCAP responds to a light touch. Winmate names kiosk applications for this model. The Intel Celeron N6210 runs at up to 2.6 GHz, with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That suits HMI, kiosk and data collection software, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 20.04 as options.

Two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two serial ports (one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232) connect to PLCs, readers and the network, with optional HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.3 outputs, two speakers and a brightness adjustment knob. The W10IE3S-PPH2 is the 10.1 inch PCAP panel mount build with a front IP65 bezel, and the W07IE3S-POT1 is the 7 inch open-frame version.

Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm DC jack, with a 12 V 50 W adapter supplied. The W10IE3S-POA1 is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 264 x 190 x 48 mm and mounts through its open-frame brackets or on 75 x 75 mm VESA.
