Winmate W10IE3S-PPH2 10.1″ Front IP65 PCAP Panel Mount Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6210

Cabinet-door HMIs on production lines get splashed, wiped and pressed with less than clean fingers, so the front has to seal even if the back sits in a dry enclosure. The W10IE3S-PPH2 is Winmate’s 10.1 inch panel mount panel PC for that, with a front rated IP65, multi-touch PCAP and a fanless Intel Celeron N6210, offered as a standalone model.

The 10.1 inch panel runs at 1280 x 800 with 350 nits, an 800:1 contrast ratio and 170° viewing angles in both directions, and PCAP touch responds to a light touch. The Intel Celeron N6210 runs at up to 2.6 GHz, with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That suits HMI, kiosk and data collection software, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 20.04 as options.

Two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two serial ports (one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232) connect to PLCs, readers and the network, with optional HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.3 outputs, two speakers and a brightness adjustment knob. The W10IE3S-PMH2 is the 10.1 inch panel mount build with optional resistive touch, and the W10IE3S-POA1 is the 700 nit open-frame version.

Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm DC jack, with a 12 V 50 W adapter supplied. The W10IE3S-PPH2 is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 295 x 200 x 53 mm and fits a 240 x 165 mm cut-out with the clips supplied, or mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA.
