Winmate W12IT3S-VMM9(HB) 12.1″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and MIL-STD-810G

Vehicle-mounted software has grown beyond simple job sheets to mapping, video and data logging, and that needs more processor than a basic in-cab terminal. The W12IT3S-VMM9(HB) is Winmate’s 12.1″ G-WIN VM panel PC for transport, logistics and field operations, pairing an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 with a fanless aluminum housing that has anti-corrosion treatment and a widescreen display.

The Intel Core i5-1135G7 is a four-core, eight-thread Tiger Lake processor at up to 4.2 GHz with a 15 W TDP. One DDR4 3200 MHz SO-DIMM holds 4 GB as standard with options up to 32 GB, storage is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed (Ubuntu does not support wake on touch), and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional.

The 12.1 inch display is 1280 x 800 at 400 nits with 1000:1 contrast, with resistive touch, protection glass without touch and a high-brightness panel each listed as options. I/O covers two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port, one RS-232 port and an optional HDMI 2.0 output. The W12IAD3S-VMM9(HB) is the same design with a newer 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, and the W12IAN3S-VMM9(HB) is the lower-power version with an Intel N150.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block, with ignition control and a 120 W AC adapter as options. The W12IT3S-VMM9(HB) is sealed to IP65 at the front, except the I/O area, operates from -10 °C to 55 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 for vibration, with Method 516.6 shock testing optional. It mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
