Winmate W12MG3S-GCB1 12.3″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with MediaTek Genio 510 and MIL-STD-810H

Some installations have more width than height to give: a strip above a conveyor, the edge of a counter or a narrow gap in a machine fascia. The W12MG3S-GCB1 is Winmate’s 12.3 inch G-WIN panel PC for that job: a fanless unit, with an edge-to-edge true flat front rated IP65 at the front, projected capacitive multi-touch and a 12.3″ 1920 x 720 display at 1000 nits with 1000:1 contrast.

Inside is a MediaTek Genio 510, a six-core Arm processor with two Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, with 4 GB of LPDDR4 and 32 GB of onboard storage plus a Micro SD slot, which takes cards up to 32 GB. Android 13 is the default operating system, with Yocto Linux (kernel 5.15.47 with Qt 5.15) or Ubuntu 22.04 as options. That is usually enough for a Qt or browser-based HMI or a kiosk app, and the low power draw lets the unit run without a fan.

Connections are one Gigabit LAN port on RJ45, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one Micro USB 2.0 OTG port and one RS-232/422/485 port, set to RS-232 by default, for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments. A Micro HDMI output for a second screen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and two speakers are optional. The W12MG3S-GSB1 is the 12.3 inch G-WIN GS model, sealed to IP65 all round with M12 connectors and a 10 to 60 V DC input, and the W10MG3S-GCH2 is the 10.1 inch G-WIN GC model with a 1280 x 800 display.

Power is 12 V DC on a terminal block, and the unit comes with an AC adapter. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -20 °C to 60 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810H Method 516.8 for shock and Method 514.8 for vibration. It mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W12MG3S-GCB1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
