Winmate W15IE3S-PTA3-POE 15.6″ PoE PCAP Touch Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and FHD Display

In process control rooms and smart factory cells a touch panel gets wiped down often, and dirt collects wherever a bezel meets the glass. The W15IE3S-PTA3-POE is Winmate’s 15.6 inch PT Series HMI panel PC for those stations, with a true flat, edge-to-edge front for easy cleaning, an Intel Celeron N6211 and a 15.6″ 1920 x 1080 projected capacitive multi-touch display at 400 nits with 800:1 contrast.

The Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz with 4 GB of memory as standard and 8 or 16 GB as options, which typically suits HMI software or a process visualization client. Storage is a 128 GB SSD as standard on an M.2 2242 B-key SATA slot, with options up to 1 TB, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot is there for a Wi-Fi module. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed.

Connections include two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, one of them a PoE powered device port to IEEE 802.3at (25 W), two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port set to RS-232 by default, and two speakers. Micro HDMI is optional. Within the Winmate range the W15IE3S-PTA3 is the 12 V DC version with optional HDMI 2.0 and an optional 2.5″ drive bay, and the W15L100-PTA3-POE is the PoE powered touch monitor in the same housing.

Power arrives over PoE, or from 12 V DC on a terminal block. The fanless plastic housing is rated IP65 and runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity. VESA mounting suits arms, stands and wall brackets, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W15IE3S-PTA3-POE configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
