Winmate W22IT7T-CHA3 21.5″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 1920 x 1080 Display

Line supervisors and control desks increasingly want a full HD view of the process, and on a pedestal or wall arm the tidiest build is one metal unit with the PC inside. The W22IT7T-CHA3 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch chassis panel PC for this: an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, a 1920 x 1080 screen and a PCIe 4.0 slot in a fanless metal housing with VESA mounting holes.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, and a vPro-enabled Core i5 is available as an option. Memory is one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB as standard and up to 32 GB, or an optional two-SO-DIMM layout up to 64 GB, and storage is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD from 128 GB to 2 TB plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5 inch drive. Windows 11, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 21.5 inch panel shows 1920 x 1080 at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and touch is chosen at order: resistive touch, or protection glass without touch for display-only use.

The I/O runs along the underside: two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, DisplayPort 1.4 with optional HDMI 2.0, and mic in and line out. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot with x4 signal takes an I/O or communications card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes Wi-Fi. The W22IT7T-PMA3 is the panel mount build at the same size, and the W24IT7T-CHA2 is the 23.8 inch chassis model at the same resolution.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 12 V 120 W adapter supplied. The W22IT7T-CHA3 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas and control rooms. It measures 506.5 x 302.5 x 75.5 mm, weighs 7.2 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
