Winmate W22IT7T-PMA3 21.5″ Panel Mount Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 1920 x 1080 Display

A full HD HMI set into a cabinet door or console gives operators a whole machine view at once, and it is simplest when the computer sits behind the screen rather than in a separate box. The W22IT7T-PMA3 is Winmate’s 21.5 inch panel mount panel PC for this: an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor and a 1920 x 1080 screen in a fanless metal housing that fits a cabinet cut-out.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz, with a vPro-enabled Core i5-1145G7E offered as an option. Two SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB of memory, and SSD storage is available from 128 GB up to 4 TB, which leaves room for HMI software, recipes and local data logging. Windows 11 or Linux can be supplied. The 21.5 inch panel shows 1920 x 1080 at 250 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 89° viewing angles in every direction, and touch is chosen at order: resistive touch, or protection glass without touch for display-only use.

For connections there is one Gigabit and one 2.5 Gigabit LAN port, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port, with DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.0 for a second screen. The W22IT7T-CHA3 is the chassis build at the same 21.5 inch size for VESA arms, and the W22IT7T-POA3 is the 21.5 inch open frame model with projected capacitive touch and a front IP65 rating.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector. The W22IT7T-PMA3 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC marks, which suits indoor production areas, packaging lines and control rooms. It measures 534 x 349 x 81 mm, weighs 7.2 kg and fits a 506 x 302 mm cut-out, and it can also be mounted as an open frame or on VESA.
