FCCW24IAD3S-RKS1ML Overview
A 16:10 screen gives operators extra vertical space for lists, logs and tracks, which is useful in a keyboard-driven defense rack. The W24IAD3S-RKS1ML is Winmate’s 24 inch rack mount defense panel PC for that job: a fanless 24″ unit with a 1920 x 1200 display, compliant with MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G.
The Intel Core i5-1235U has 10 cores and 12 threads at up to 4.4 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics, for console software and operator displays without a fan. Memory is 8 GB of DDR5 with 16 GB and 32 GB options, storage is 256 GB with options up to 2 TB, TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 1920 x 1200 panel gives 300 nits with 1000:1 contrast, with AR protection glass as standard and 5-wire resistive touch, an EMI mesh filter or EMI glass as options. A six-key OSD pad covers power, brightness and day or night modes, and a light sensor can set brightness automatically.
Rear I/O covers two Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port set to RS-232 by default, an optional second RS-232 port and an optional HDMI output. The W24L100-RKS1ML is the 24 inch defense monitor in this style, with BNC inputs, for racks where the computer sits elsewhere, and the W24IAD3S-MLS1-89 is the 24 inch model with a Core i7-1265UE and its I/O on MIL-DTL-38999/3 connectors.
Power is 100 to 240 V AC on a MIL-DTL-38999/1 connector, with an optional isolated 9 to 36 V DC input. The W24IAD3S-RKS1ML runs from 0 to 50 °C and stores from -10 to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity. Winmate lists compliance with MIL-STD-810H for vibration, humidity and transit drop, and MIL-STD-461G for CE101, CE102, RE101, RE102 and CS118, with TEMPEST and NATO STANAG options and CE and FCC marks. The anti-corrosion metal housing with an aluminum bezel mounts in a rack or on VESA. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
