Winmate W24IT3S-CHA2 23.8″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and Resistive Touch

Where an HMI hangs on a swing arm or sits on a bench, a closed chassis on VESA mounts is the simplest way to fit a touch computer. The W24IT3S-CHA2 is Winmate’s 23.8 inch chassis panel PC for VESA arms, desks and wall brackets, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a 23.8″ 1920 x 1080 display at 250 nits with 3000:1 contrast, in a fanless metal housing. Resistive touch or plain protection glass are options.

The 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 has four cores and eight threads at up to 4.2 GHz with Iris Xe graphics, typically leaving headroom for HMI software and SCADA clients without a fan. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holds 4 GB, with options to 32 GB, and a 128 GB NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot can grow to 4 TB, with an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

Two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers can separate control and plant networks, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports take scanners and storage. Two DB9 serial ports (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232) connect PLCs and serial instruments. HDMI 2.0 is optional, two speakers are built in, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the W24IAD7T-CHA2 is the 23.8 inch chassis model with 12th Gen and 14th Gen LGA1700 Intel Core processors, and the W24IT3S-OFA2 is the open frame version with the same Core i5-1135G7.

Power is 12 V DC on a barrel DC jack, with a 120 W AC adapter supplied. It runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, for indoor cabinets and control rooms. It fits on VESA, with the screws supplied. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the W24IT3S-CHA2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
