FCCW24L100-MRA1HB Overview
A marine screen that reads well at night can vanish in afternoon sun through the wheelhouse glass. The W24L100-MRA1HB is Winmate’s 24 inch high brightness marine monitor, raising the panel to 1000 nits while keeping a dimming knob that takes the backlight down to nearly zero for night watch.
The 1920 x 1080 panel delivers 1000 nits with a 5000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles, and the knob sets the backlight from nearly 0% to 100%. Resistive touch or a protection glass without touch are offered as options, with the touch link over RS-232 or USB. Vibration is tested to 0.7 g under DNVGL CG-0339 Class A, and the certification list for this model shows CE and FCC.
Video inputs are VGA, DVI-D, composite and S-Video, which suits radar, camera and chart sources, and an RS-232 port covers remote control. An eight-key OSD panel sits beside the dimming knob. The W24L100-MRA1 is the 300 nit version with DNVGL-CG-0339, IEC 60945 and IACS E10 on its certification list, and the W24L100-MRA1FP is the PCAP ECDIS version with HDMI input.
Power is a 24 V DC isolated input that accepts 9 to 36 V DC, drawing 55 W typical. The fanless unit measures 593 x 356.7 x 62.7 mm, weighs 9.7 kg and panel mounts, with M6 VESA holes as an alternative. The front is rated IP66 and the rear IP54, and it operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at 5 to 95% humidity, with shock rated at 15 G over 11 ms. Winmate names marine bridge systems, shipboard automation and offshore operations as target uses.
