FCCW24L100-OFA2HB Overview
Larger kiosks in glazed foyers, station concourses and shop windows need a display that holds its own against daylight. The W24L100-OFA2HB is Winmate’s 23.8 inch high brightness open frame monitor, putting a 1000 nit 1920 x 1080 panel in a metal frame that builders fit behind their own bezel. It is a good fit for self-service and information kiosks built in small batches.
The panel delivers 1000 nits with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colors and 178° viewing angles. Touch is not fitted as standard: resistive touch, SAW touch or a protection glass without touch are offered as options, with a USB port for the touch link, so the same frame can serve a view-only display or a public touch point.
Video enters over VGA, with HDMI and DVI inputs offered as options, and there is an optional audio line-in with two speakers. A five-key OSD panel sits on the rear, with an optional remote controller listed. The W24L100-OFA2 is the 250 nit version of this frame for indoor use, and the W22L100-OFA3HB is the 21.5 inch high brightness version.
Power is 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The fanless unit measures 576.4 x 343.6 x 58 mm and mounts into a panel or onto 75 x 75, 100 x 100 and 200 x 100 mm VESA holes. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. Direct sun on a window screen raises the enclosure temperature, so the 50 °C upper limit is worth checking against the build.
