Winmate W43L100-65A1 42.5″ IP65 Stainless Steel Monitor with M12 Connectors and FHD LCD

Production halls in food processing and other wet areas often want one large board showing line status, output and alarms, and it has to survive washdown with everything else. The W43L100-65A1 is Winmate’s 42.5 inch IP65 stainless steel monitor for that role, with M12 connectors, a 500 nit Full HD panel and a protection glass front, and it connects to a separate PC or signage player.

The 42.5″ panel shows 1920 x 1080 (FHD) at 500 nits, with 4000:1 contrast, 16.7 million colors and viewing angles of 178 degrees horizontal and 178 degrees vertical. The front is protection glass without touch, which suits wall-mounted status and process screens that staff read rather than press. A power button, up and down adjust buttons, ESC and OK keys handle the menu, with LEDs for power and status.

The W43L100-65A1 connects to a separate PC or controller over VGA on an M12 connector as standard, with waterproof DVI or HDMI inputs as options, and an external VGA cable with a waterproof connector and waterproof caps for unused ports are supplied. Within the Winmate range the W55L100-65T1 is the 55″ IP65 stainless steel model with a 4K UHD panel, and the W43L100-PCA1OD is the 42.5 inch sunlight readable PCAP touch monitor with 1500 nits and an IP65 front.

Power is 24 V DC through an M12 waterproof connector, and an AC adapter with a waterproof connector and a power cord are supplied. Winmate rates the whole enclosure IP65 against dust and water jets, in SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel with fully sealed connectors and a fanless design. It runs from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA, with VESA screws supplied. It carries CE and FCC marks.
