H.26X and Multi to SDVoE V2 Overview
Live production often needs the same source in two places: on the local AV network at full quality, and out to remote viewers or a streaming service. The H.26X and Multi to SDVoE V2 is Yuan’s multi-input SDVoE encoder for that job. It sends a lossless SDVoE stream and a compressed H.26X stream at the same time, so one unit can cover both.
Inputs cover HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 up to 4096 x 2160p60, dual-link DVI up to 2560 x 1600p60, and SDI as single-link 12G, 6G, 3G, HD or SD-SDI, dual-link 6G or 3G-SDI, or quad-link 3G or HD-SDI in two-sample interleave (2SI). DisplayPort supports MST and SST, and the source format is detected automatically. SDVoE leaves on an SFP+ or RJ45 port, and a separate RJ45 stream port carries H.26X with RTMP, RTSP, SRT and TS; Full NDI and NDI HX are supported with a separate NDI license. Two 12G-SDI outputs and one HDMI 2.0 output give local feeds, and analog L/R audio is on a stereo phone jack.
A further RJ45 port handles control. One USB Type-B port connects to a PC, and one USB Type-A port is used for video recording. The unit is plug and play and runs from a 7.5 to 15 V DC input. The Multi to SDVoE Pro 4K-F and Multi to SDVoE Pro 4K-C take the same inputs without the H.26X stream output, and the H.26X, SDVoE and HDMI2.0 Transceiver can bridge SDVoE and NDI at the far end.
