Yuan HDMI2.0 4×4 Matrix 4×4 HDMI Matrix Switcher with HDMI 2.0, Audio Embedding and De-Embedding at 4K60

Meeting rooms, training suites, control rooms and demonstration spaces often have several HDMI sources and several displays, with each screen needing a different picture at different times. The HDMI2.0 4×4 Matrix from Yuan is designed for that routing job in pro AV installations. It is a four-by-four HDMI 2.0 matrix switcher that sends any input to any output at up to 4K60.

The unit has four HDMI 2.0 inputs and four HDMI 2.0 outputs, plus four analog stereo jack inputs and four analog stereo jack outputs for L/R audio. Video runs from 4096 x 2160p and 3840 x 2160p at 60/50 and 30/25/24 fps, through 1080p, 1080i and 720p, to PC formats down to 640 x 480 and SD at 480 and 576 lines. It carries YUV or RGB at 4:4:4, 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 with 12, 10 or 8-bit color. HDMI audio is eight channels of 24-bit at up to 192 kHz, and the analog jacks run two channels at 48 kHz for embedding and de-embedding.

Routing is controlled over USB, RJ45, RS232 or the front-panel buttons, with LED indicators for status, so the matrix can be driven by a room controller or by hand. Power comes from a 7.5V to 15V DC input. When every screen should show the same source, the HDMI2.0 Splitter is the simpler choice. When operators need all four sources visible on one display, the Multiviewer QUAD HDMI combines them into a quad view.

In practice the HDMI2.0 4×4 Matrix sits in the AV rack between sources and displays. We supply it configured and tested with the sources, displays and control system it will connect to, including the routing presets and audio paths you need.
