Antaira LNX-500AG 5-Port Industrial Gigabit Unmanaged DIN-Rail Ethernet Switches with Redundant DC Power
The Antaira LNX-500AG series is a family of industrial unmanaged Ethernet switches with five 10/100/1000 RJ45 ports, a 10 Gbps switching fabric, 12 to 48 V DC redundant inputs and an IP30 aluminum case for DIN-rail or wall mounting. The series suits control cabinets and machine enclosures that need plug-in gigabit links with no switch set-up.
- Five Gigabit RJ45 Ports: Five 10/100/1000Base-T(X) ports with auto MDI/MDI-X, so any standard Ethernet cable links a device at full speed.
- Plug-In Unmanaged Switching: Store-and-forward switching on a 10 Gbps fabric with an 8K MAC table, passing traffic as soon as power is applied.
- Redundant 12 to 48 V DC: Dual DC inputs across 12 to 48 V let a second supply take over, with the switch drawing 5 W.
- Slim IP30 Aluminum Case: A 30 x 140 x 95 mm IP30 aluminum case that clips onto a DIN rail or fixes to a wall.
- UL Class I, Division 2: Antaira lists the series as UL Class I, Division 2 certified, with FCC and CE marks, for hazardous-location cabinets.

LNX-500AG Description
A control cabinet often needs a handful of gigabit links between a PLC, an HMI, a camera and an edge computer, with no one on site to set up a managed switch and little room on the rail. The Antaira LNX-500AG series answers that with a slim industrial unmanaged Ethernet switch: five copper gigabit ports in a 30 mm wide IP30 aluminum case that clips onto a DIN rail or screws to a wall.
Every LNX-500AG shares the same design. Five 10/100/1000Base-T(X) RJ45 ports support auto MDI/MDI-X, so straight or crossover cables both work, and a store-and-forward architecture with a 10 Gbps switching fabric and an 8K MAC address table forwards traffic at full gigabit rate on every port. There is nothing to set up: the switch passes traffic as soon as it is powered. Power arrives on 12 to 48 V DC redundant inputs, so a second supply can take over if the first fails, and the switch draws 5 W.
The series offers two temperature grades. The LNX-500AG is the standard build, rated -10 to 70 °C, and Antaira lists broadcast storm protection, surge protection to 3,000 V DC and a relay output for a port-break alarm on this model. The LNX-500AG-T is the extended temperature build, rated -40 to 75 °C for unheated kiosks, trackside cabinets and outdoor enclosures, and Antaira adds reverse polarity protection and a resettable overload fuse to its feature list. Where a fiber uplink is needed, the LNX-0501G-SFP series swaps one copper port for an SFP slot.
Both models measure 30 x 140 x 95 mm and mount on a DIN rail or a wall. Antaira lists the series as UL Class I, Division 2 certified, alongside FCC and CE marks, which suits cabinets in hazardous-location plant where the approval is called for. Antaira backs the LNX-500AG with its 5-year warranty. Antaira does not name specific applications for the series; its size, wide DC input and approval make it a good fit for factory machine cabinets, water and utility kiosks and transport enclosures where a small number of devices need fast, dependable gigabit links.
