Arestech BPC-3064-1A1 Intel Celeron J6412 Fanless IoT Gateway with 4x COM and Dual GbE

Embedded control cabinets, gateway enclosures and robot cells need a small fanless computer that talks to serial devices, drives a local screen and passes data upstream without a fan to clog. The Arestech BPC-3064-1A1 is the dual GbE, dual HDMI model in the BPC-3064 series series, an IoT gateway that Arestech lists for embedded control, factory automation, intelligent gateways, robotic control and data collection.

The BPC-3064-1A1 runs an Intel Celeron J6412 (Elkhart Lake) at up to 2.6 GHz with Intel UHD Graphics. Two DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 32 GB in dual channel, and storage combines a 2.5″ SATA SSD bay with an M.2 M-Key 2280 slot carrying PCIe x2 and SATA III. Windows 11 IoT and Linux are supported.

Two HDMI outputs at up to 4096 x 2160 drive two screens. Two GbE ports on Intel i210-AT controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 ports, line-out audio and four COM ports (two RS-232/422/485 and two RS-232) cover the usual gateway and HMI connections. A full-size mini-PCIe slot with a Nano-SIM socket takes an optional 4G module, and two antenna holes are provided. Where 2.5GbE networking or a VGA monitor matters more than dual HDMI, the BPC-3064-2A1 is the sibling to choose, and the CB-2264 puts a closely matched J6412 I/O set into a slim DIN-rail chassis.

Power is 12 to 36 V DC through a DC jack or two-pin terminal block, with AT and ATX modes. The fanless aluminum and SECC chassis runs from -20 °C to 60 °C, is tested to 5 Grms vibration and 50 G shock, carries CE and FCC Class A marks and wall mounts. Optional items include a 60 W adapter, 4G modules and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth cards. We supply the BPC-3064-1A1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before it ships.
