Arestech CB-2264 Intel Celeron J6412 DIN-Rail PC with 4x COM and Dual HDMI

Control cabinets fill up with PLCs, drives and terminal blocks, so a gateway or monitoring computer has to clip onto the same DIN rail without taking a shelf. The Arestech CB-2264 is a fanless DIN-rail PC that Arestech lists for factory automation, industrial IoT gateways, transportation management and equipment monitoring and control.

The CB-2264 runs an Intel Celeron J6412 (Elkhart Lake) at up to 2.6 GHz with Intel UHD Graphics. Two DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 32 GB in dual channel. Storage combines an M.2 M-Key 2280 slot with PCIe x2 and SATA III, which supports NVMe SSDs for fast boot and logging, and an internal 2.5″ SATA SSD. Windows 11 IoT and Linux are supported.

Two HDMI outputs at up to 4096 x 2160 drive two displays. Two GbE ports on Intel I210-AT controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, line-out audio and four COM ports (two RS-232/422/485 and two RS-232 on DB9) cover the usual cabinet connections. A full-size mini-PCIe slot with a Nano-SIM socket takes an optional 4G or 5G module, with four antenna holes. Where a wall-mounted box suits the cabinet better, the BPC-3064-1A1 carries a closely matched J6412 I/O set with two extra USB 2.0 ports, and the BPC-3064-2A1 moves to 2.5GbE with HDMI plus VGA.

Power is 12 to 36 V DC through a DC jack or two-pin terminal block, with AT and ATX modes. The fanless aluminum and SECC chassis runs from -20 °C to 60 °C, is tested to 5 Grms vibration and 50 G shock, carries CE and FCC Class A marks and ships with its DIN-rail mounting kit. We supply the CB-2264 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before it ships.
