Arestech PPC-N153 15" Intel Pentium N4200 or Celeron N3350 Industrial Panel PCs with Front IP66 Aluminum Bezel

A panel PC on a machine or kiosk front has to take splashes and cleaning at the face while the electronics behind it stay cool without a fan. The Arestech PPC-N153 series is built for that: a family of 15 inch fanless industrial panel PCs with an aluminum front cover sealed to IP66, a 300 nit 4:3 XGA LCD at 1024 x 768 with a 600:1 contrast ratio and 160° viewing angles horizontally and vertically, and Intel Pentium N4200 or Celeron N3350 processors.

Every PPC-N153 shares the same computer. It has two DDR3L-1866 SO-DIMM sockets for up to 8 GB, an M.2 2242 socket and an internal 2.5-inch SATA bay, two GbE ports on Intel i211AT controllers, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, three RS-232 ports and one RS-232/422/485 port, VGA and HDMI 1.4b outputs for a second screen, line-out and 8-bit digital I/O. A full-size Mini-PCIe socket with a SIM slot takes optional 4G and wireless modules, and the operating system support covers Windows 10 IoT. The compute suits HMI software, kiosk applications and line data collection.

The PPC-N153 series offers the PPC-N153P-1A1 (Intel Pentium N4200, PCAP), the PPC-N153P-2A1 (Intel Celeron N3350, PCAP), the PPC-N153R-1A1 (Intel Pentium N4200, 5-wire resistive) and the PPC-N153R-2A1 (Intel Celeron N3350, 5-wire resistive). Power is 9 to 36 V DC on a two-pin Phoenix terminal block, at 13.4 W typical. The series is fanless and operates from -20 °C to 60 °C with extended-temperature memory and storage fitted, at 5 to 95% humidity. It is vibration-tested from 5 to 500 Hz at 2.16 Grms and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. The 15″ panel PC measures 386 x 316 x 69 mm, weighs 4.2 kg and mounts in a 346 x 276 mm panel cut-out or on 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA. Arestech names HMI, factory automation, ATM and self-service kiosks and vending and ticketing machines as the target applications.
