Axiomtek AIE510-ONX NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB Fanless Industrial AI PC with 2.5GbE and GbE PoE

Robots and vehicles ask a lot of a small AI computer: camera power, a CAN link to the drive system, an ignition-aware supply and wireless for fleet control, all in a box that survives vibration. The AIE510-ONX is an industrial AI PC from Axiomtek built around that list, with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB in a 180 x 124 x 71.7 mm fanless housing.

The Jetson Orin NX 16GB combines an 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU with a 1024-core Ampere GPU, 32 Tensor Cores and 16GB of 128-bit LPDDR5, rated by Axiomtek at 100 TOPS. That suits perception, navigation and multi-camera detection, and the industrial AI PC supports the NVIDIA Isaac ROS SDK for robot development on Ubuntu 20.04 or later.

Two PoE ports power cameras or lidar directly: one GbE port from the module and one Intel I226-IT 2.5GbE port, both 802.3at at up to 30 W, with software control of PoE and USB power. A DB9 port carries COM and CAN, a second DB9 serves as a debug port, and an isolated 4-in/4-out DIO handles bumpers, lights and e-stop signals. HDMI 2.1 with a lock, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and five SMA connectors complete the panel. The AIE510-ONX boots from an M.2 NVMe SSD and takes 5G or LTE in an M.2 Key B slot, Wi-Fi 6E in M.2 Key E and a Mini Card module, with a Nano SIM. A separate AIE510-ONX-GMSL model adds four Fakra-Z GMSL camera inputs.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC with ignition power control, and the unit carries E-Mark alongside CE, FCC Class A and UKCA. The AIE510-ONX runs fanless from -25 to 60 °C in its 25 W mode, is tested to IEC 60068 shock and vibration and weighs 1.4 kg. For eight PoE cameras and AGX Orin compute, the AIE900A-AO-2L8P is the larger option.
