Forecr DSBOARD-AGX-AC NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Industrial Carrier Board with 275 TOPS and Wide Temperature Rating

The DSBOARD-AGX-AC is the Forecr DSBOARD-AGX industrial carrier board supplied with the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB module, the highest tier in the series at 275 TOPS. It suits larger models and more camera streams, with six-camera MIPI CSI-2, GbE, CAN and a -25 to +85 °C rating.

  • Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Fitted: Ships with the AGX Orin 64GB module: 275 TOPS, a 12-core Arm CPU and 64 GB LPDDR5 for large models.
  • Six-Camera MIPI CSI-2: A 120-pin Samtec camera connector supports six CSI cameras through an adapter board; GMSL2 needs Forecr’s add-on board.
  • CAN, Serial and DIO on One Terminal: CAN bus, RS232/422/485, two digital inputs and three digital outputs on one 14-pin pluggable terminal.
  • NVMe, eMMC and Cellular: 64 GB eMMC 5.1, an M.2 Key-M 2280 PCIe x4 NVMe slot, microSD and an M.2 Key-B socket with nano-SIM.
  • Wide Temperature, 12-30 V DC: Rated from -25 to +85 °C with a 12-30 V DC pluggable input on a 100 x 100 mm board.

DSBOARD-AGX-AC Overview

Sensor fusion, larger vision transformers and several high-resolution streams at once push memory before they push anything else. The DSBOARD-AGX-AC answers with the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB module fitted to the Forecr DSBOARD-AGX industrial carrier board.

The 64GB module delivers 275 TOPS from a 2048-core Ampere GPU and a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, with 64 GB of LPDDR5 to hold several models in memory together. For lighter workloads the DSBOARD-AGX-AB fits the 32GB module, and the DSBOARD-AGX-AA is the board without a module. Cameras connect through one 120-pin Samtec camera connector that supports six CSI cameras via an adapter board. GMSL2 is not on the carrier: Forecr sells an eight-channel GMSL2 add-on board for AGX systems, alongside six-channel MIPI CSI-2 and analog video boards.

On the DSBOARD-AGX-AC, field wiring lands on a 14-pin pluggable terminal carrying the CAN bus, a software-configurable RS232/422/485 port, two digital inputs and three digital outputs. Storage combines 64 GB of eMMC 5.1 with an M.2 Key-M 2280 slot for a PCIe x4 NVMe SSD and a microSD slot, and an M.2 Key-B 3042 socket with nano-SIM takes an LTE or 5G modem. Display and data run over HDMI 2.0, one Gigabit Ethernet port and two USB 3.1 Type-A ports.

Power comes in at 12-30 V DC on a 4-pin pluggable terminal, the board is rated from -25 to +85 °C, and the fan header runs at 11 V or 5 V for the cooling an AGX Orin module needs. Forecr lists Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 with JetPack 5.x and 6.x. The DSBOARD-AGX-AC therefore suits autonomous machines, inspection and multi-sensor robotics where the 64GB memory tier sets the requirement.
