Premio ACO-6000-CML-5G Intel Core i9-10900E Comet Lake In-Vehicle Computer System with 5G Modem Option

Fleet video and telemetry are only useful if they leave the vehicle, and a single SIM on a single network is a weak link on long routes. The ACO-6000-CML-5G is the Intel Core i9-10900E Comet Lake in-vehicle computer system with 5G modem option in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, built around a 5G module with two SIM sockets. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-5G sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. The ACO-6000-CML-5G title names the Core i9-10900E, a ten-core 65 W part that can analyze video on board and send only what matters.

One Universal I/O bracket on the ACO-6000-CML-5G carries an M.2 B-key 5G module with two SIM sockets and a SIM switch; this module fits one bracket only, and the two Mini PCIe slots with their own SIM sockets can add 4G or Wi-Fi. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-5G follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. For more network ports alongside cellular, the ACO-6000-CML-4L adds four GbE ports, and the ACO-6000-CML leaves both brackets free.
