Premio ACO-6000-CML-4L 10th Gen Intel Core Wide Temperature In-Vehicle Computer System with 6x GbE

On a bus or service vehicle, the cameras, the passenger Wi-Fi and the fleet uplink are usually best kept on separate networks. The ACO-6000-CML-4L is the 10th Gen Intel Core wide temperature in-vehicle computer system with 6x GbE in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, and it gives each of those networks its own port. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML-4L sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. For network-heavy work on the ACO-6000-CML-4L, a Core i5 or i7 is often enough, with Xeon available where ECC memory matters.

A four-port GbE module on the Intel I350 controller sits in one Universal I/O bracket of the ACO-6000-CML-4L, adding four RJ45 ports to the two onboard GbE ports, and the second bracket stays free. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML-4L follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. If the extra ports need to power cameras, the ACO-6000-CML-4P uses a PoE module instead, and the ACO-6000-CML-4LM12 moves the four ports to M12.
