Premio RCO-6000-ADL 12th Gen Intel Core Fanless Rugged Industrial Computers with EDGEBoost I/O

Industrial computers tend to be specified twice: once for the processor and again when the I/O list arrives from the cell or the site, which is often where a standard box falls short. The Premio RCO-6000-ADL series separates the two, pairing desktop-socket 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core processors with EDGEBoost I/O brackets that take modules for the ports a project actually needs, all in a fanless enclosure.

Every RCO-6000-ADL model uses an LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset, taking 35 W or 65 W processors from Celeron G6900E and Pentium G7400E to Core i9-13900E, with up to 64 GB of DDR5 including ECC. The fixed I/O includes two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with TSN support, six RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, DVI-I plus two DisplayPort outputs for three screens, an M.2 B-key slot for an AI module, NVMe or 4G/5G, and two 2.5 inch bays, one removable, with RAID 0 and 1.

The RCO-6000-ADL leaves both EDGEBoost brackets free. The RCO-6000-ADL-4L and RCO-6000-ADL-8L add four or eight RJ45 GbE ports, and the RCO-6000-ADL-4LM12 and RCO-6000-ADL-8LM12 put them on M12. The RCO-6000-ADL-4P and RCO-6000-ADL-8P provide four or eight RJ45 PoE ports, with the RCO-6000-ADL-4PM12 and RCO-6000-ADL-8PM12 doing the same on M12. The RCO-6000-ADL-D10G adds two 10GbE ports, the RCO-6000-ADL-4U3 and RCO-6000-ADL-8U3 add four or eight USB ports, and the RCO-6000-ADL-5G carries a 5G module. For AI accelerators, the RCO-6000-ADL-2M2BK adds two M.2 B-key slots and the RCO-6000-ADL-M2MK adds an M.2 M-key slot on PCIe x4.

Typical RCO-6000-ADL deployments include multi-camera inspection, robot cell control, traffic enforcement and in-cabinet AI inference. Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC with ignition management and a PC/Car mode switch, and Premio rates the series from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W processors or -25 °C to 60 °C at 65 W, noting that 65 W Core i9 builds need an external fan kit. CE and FCC Class A are listed, with 5 Grms vibration and 50 G shock ratings on SSD, so these industrial computers sit comfortably on machines as well as in cabinets.
