Premio RCO-6000-ADL 12th Gen Intel Core or Celeron G6900E Low-Profile Rugged Industrial Computer with 6x COM

A control cabinet often needs serial lines, isolated DIO and a few network ports more than it needs extra modules. The RCO-6000-ADL is the 12th Gen Intel Core or Celeron G6900E low-profile rugged industrial computer with 6x COM in the Premio RCO-6000-ADL series, and it covers that brief with no modules fitted.

Under the RCO-6000-ADL sits an LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset, which takes 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3 to Core i9-13900E, plus Pentium G7400E and Celeron G6900E. Two DDR5 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 5600 MHz with ECC support, and Intel UHD Graphics drives DVI-I plus two DisplayPort outputs for three screens. For the RCO-6000-ADL, a Celeron G6900E or Pentium G7400E covers SCADA and gateway duty, and a Core i7 or i9 covers vision work.

With both EDGEBoost I/O brackets left free, the RCO-6000-ADL keeps its two 2.5GbE ports and leaves room for LAN, PoE, 10GbE, USB, 5G or M.2 modules later. The rest of the I/O is common to the range: two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with TSN, six RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two 2.5 inch bays, one removable, with RAID 0 and 1.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a 5-pin terminal block with ignition management, a PC/Car mode switch and protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio rates the RCO-6000-ADL fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W processors or -25 °C to 60 °C at 65 W, and lists CE and FCC Class A. If the project needs more network ports from the start, the RCO-6000-ADL-4L adds four GbE ports and the RCO-6000-ADL-4P adds four PoE ports.
