Premio BCO-1000-EHL-10 Intel Celeron J6413 Fanless DIN Rail Embedded PCs with 2.5GbE

Small edge jobs such as protocol gateways, signage players and data loggers rarely need much processing, but they do need the right mix of ports in a box that fits wherever there is space. The Premio BCO-1000-EHL-10 series is built for that kind of work: compact DIN rail embedded PCs on the Intel Celeron J6413 with one Universal I/O expansion slot, so each model adds a single extra function to a common base.

Every BCO-1000-EHL-10 model uses the quad-core Intel Celeron J6413 at 1.8 GHz, an Elkhart Lake processor with up to 10 W TDP, and one DDR4 SODIMM socket for up to 32 GB at up to 3200 MT/s. Networking is one 2.5GbE port on the Intel I225 and one GbE port on the Intel I210, and two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs drive two independent 4K screens. The base I/O includes two RS-232/422/485 ports, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB 2.0 port and two internal CAN 2.0 A/B headers. Storage is a 2.5 inch SATA bay plus mSATA, an M.2 B-key slot with an external SIM socket takes a 4G/LTE module, and TPM 2.0 is fitted.

The BCO-1000-EHL-10 leaves the expansion slot empty. The BCO-1000-EHL-10-A adds a DisplayPort with 4 in/4 out isolated DIO for three screens, and the BCO-1000-EHL-10-B adds a two-port COM module for four serial ports. The BCO-1000-EHL-10-U adds four USB ports for eight in total, and the BCO-1000-EHL-10-H adds an HDMI 2.0 output alongside the two DisplayPorts. The BCO-1000-EHL-10-G keeps the base I/O and adds power ignition management for installs that switch with a vehicle or machine supply.

Typical BCO-1000-EHL-10 deployments include Modbus and MQTT gateways, menu boards and wayfinding screens, access control and building management. Power comes in at 9 to 36 V DC on a 3-pin terminal block, and Premio rates the series from -20 °C to 50 °C with UL, CE and FCC Class A listed. The 142 x 101.2 x 41.5 mm enclosure weighs 0.6 kg and wall mounts as standard, with an optional DIN rail kit, so these DIN rail embedded PCs fit into crowded panels and behind screens.
