Premio BCO-1000-EHL-10-G Intel Celeron J6413 Compact DIN Rail Embedded PC with 2x DisplayPort and 2x COM

A computer on a vehicle or mobile machine should follow the key switch: start when the engine starts and shut down cleanly when it stops. The BCO-1000-EHL-10-G is the Intel Celeron J6413 compact DIN rail embedded PC with 2x DisplayPort and 2x COM in the Premio BCO-1000-EHL-10 series, and it adds power ignition management to do exactly that.

Under the BCO-1000-EHL-10-G sits the quad-core Intel Celeron J6413, an Elkhart Lake processor running at 1.8 GHz with up to 10 W TDP, paired with one DDR4 SODIMM socket for up to 32 GB at up to 3200 MT/s. Intel UHD Graphics drives the DisplayPort 1.4 outputs at up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, and TPM 2.0 is fitted for secure boot and disk encryption. The BCO-1000-EHL-10-G suits telematics, data logging and simple driver display software at a low power draw.

The BCO-1000-EHL-10-G keeps the standard I/O, with two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs, two RS-232/422/485 ports, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and one USB 2.0 port, plus one 2.5GbE port on the Intel I225, one GbE port on the Intel I210, two internal CAN 2.0 A/B headers, a 2.5 inch SATA bay, mSATA and an M.2 B-key slot with an external SIM socket for 4G/LTE. Its difference is Premio’s 6-mode adjustable power ignition management, which is optional on the other models.

Power comes in at 9 to 36 V DC on a 3-pin terminal block with protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio rates the BCO-1000-EHL-10-G from -20 °C to 50 °C and lists UL, CE and FCC Class A, and the 142 x 101.2 x 41.5 mm enclosure wall mounts as standard, with an optional DIN rail kit. For four COM ports without ignition control, the BCO-1000-EHL-10-B adds a COM module, and the BCO-1000-EHL-10 is the base model.
