Premio BCO-1000-EHL-20 Intel Celeron J6413 Fanless DIN Rail Industrial PCs with 2.5GbE

Control panels and kiosks are often short of space but long on serial devices, and a small PC that only offers two COM ports can force a separate converter into the enclosure. The Premio BCO-1000-EHL-20 series addresses that with compact DIN rail industrial PCs that keep the Intel Celeron J6413 and its modest power draw, but add two Universal I/O expansion slots on the rear panel for extra COM, display, USB or digital I/O.

Every BCO-1000-EHL-20 model uses the quad-core Intel Celeron J6413 at 1.8 GHz, an Elkhart Lake processor with up to 10 W TDP, and one DDR4 SODIMM socket for up to 32 GB at up to 3200 MT/s. Networking is one 2.5GbE port on the Intel I225 and one GbE port on the Intel I210, both with Wake-on-LAN and PXE. Two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs drive two independent 4K screens, and there are two RS-232/422/485 ports, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB 2.0 port and two internal CAN 2.0 A/B headers. Storage is a 2.5 inch SATA bay plus mSATA, and an M.2 B-key slot with an external SIM socket can take a 4G/LTE module. TPM 2.0 is fitted.

The two models fill both expansion slots in different ways. The BCO-1000-EHL-20C adds a DisplayPort with 4 in/4 out isolated DIO and a two-port COM module, giving three DisplayPort outputs, four COM ports and digital I/O. The BCO-1000-EHL-20D uses two COM modules for six RS-232/422/485 ports in total, which suits panels that talk to many serial instruments, meters and drives without a separate serial server.

Typical BCO-1000-EHL-20 deployments include machine HMIs, building and energy management, ticketing kiosks and serial-to-Ethernet gateways. Power comes in at 9 to 36 V DC on a 3-pin terminal block, with optional power ignition management. Premio rates the series from 0 °C to 50 °C and lists UL 62368-1, CE and FCC Class A, with shock and vibration designed to comply with MIL-STD-810G. The 142 x 101.2 x 58 mm enclosure wall mounts as standard, with an optional DIN rail kit, which keeps these DIN rail industrial PCs easy to fit into existing panels.
